PROJECT OVERVIEW
W. A. Klinger transformed the historic Riviera Theatre in downtown Sioux City into a modern office and community hub for RE/MAX of Siouxland. This revitalized building serves as a dynamic center for both business and community events.
Three existing theater spaces were demolished to create office spaces, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas.
A second level was added for new office spaces.
The fourth theatre was renovated, including adding a stage for guest speakers and film showings.
The lobby features a wet bar and casual seating for informal meetings.
Space within the renovated building has been reserved for future retail tenants, such as a café or bar.
