PROJECT OVERVIEW
W. A. Klinger was the low bidder on the Early Elementary School for the Storm Lake Community School District in May 2020, and was subsequently awarded the project. The site work consisted of two new parking lots, main drive, access drive, playground, and landscaping. The facility has the capability of expanding in two more phases, those of which the ground work was completed in this phase.
Klinger self-performed concrete foundations and slabs, carpentry, and specialties work on this project.
