Interior renovation of 4-floor residence hall.
A number of items added to scope by owner.
Asbestos removal required throughout all four floors.
All galvanized plumbing lines and vertical steam stacks were replaced.
Severe existing water damage discovered throughout demolition.
Community restrooms/showers were in a bad state and required additional demo due to past water leaks. Extensive prep work was completed to prevent future leaks and to correct issues with existing building.
